HOW IT WORKS

LOCAL DELIVERY

Delivering to Echuca/Moama and surrounds all your favourite Zero Waste, Australian made, environmentally friendly refill solutions directly to your front door weekly. Search the great range of products in our online store and select what you need for delivery that week!

Liquid products are available in either returnable glass bottles or we fill your own containers. To refill your own containers simply select the liquid refill choice that has 'OWN CONTAINER' next to the amount you require. 

Bulk powders are delivered in brown paper bags or make a note in the comments if you have a labelled container to fill.

 

Delivery to the following areas

Every Tuesday

3564 - Echuca, Echuca East, Echuca South, West and Village, Bamawm Extension, Kanyapella, Patho, Roslynmead and Wharparilla

2731 - Moama, Tantonan, Thyra and Womboota

3622 - Koyuga

Orders will need to be placed by midday on Monday that week.

 

Every Wednesday

3621 - Kyvalley, Tongala, Yambuna

3624 - Girgarre

3620 - Kyabram, Kyabram South, Lancaster, St Germains, Wyuna, Wyuna East

Orders will need to be placed by midday on Tuesday that week.

 

Step 1: Choose your products on the website and once you input shipping details "local Delivery' will pop up if you are located in the relevant delivery areas. 

Step 2: If you have chosen the local delivery option, like a milkman we deliver to your doorstep. You do not have to be at home to receive the delivery, just leave a comment where you would like them left. You may consider leaving a box out to place your items in to keep them safe and dry. 

Step 3: When you reorder, we bring your new order and collect any empty bottles you no longer need. If you know someone who is reordering feel free to leave your bottles with them for collection, please attach your names on them and leave your clean bottles somewhere for easy collection.

Step 4: Enjoy!  

 

 

BOTTLE RETURN

You've decanted and enjoyed your home delivered liquid refills, now you would like to return the empty bottles.

Return your bottles for a discount on your next order via:
1. Direct to me at the local markets
2. Next Local Delivery Order or;
3. Request a Pickup in your Region's next scheduled delivery day

Just send an email to hello@refilld.com.au requesting a bottle return and a discount code relating to the size of the bottle/s returned will be emailed once they are received.
250ml bottle = $1.00 discount
500ml bottle = $1.00 discount
     1Lt bottle = $2.00 discount

They will be cleaned and refilled creating a closed loop.          

 

For FREE home delivery the minimum order for local delivery is $50.  

For all other orders a charge of $20 is applied.

  

 

POSTAL ORDERS

All products are able to be posted to you (excluding liquids). Standard shipping rate of $20 for all orders, orders will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post.
